Any Frisco resident will tell you that the Texas Legends are our pride and joy. Our own local professional basketball team, the Legends have been entertaining and exciting fans for over five years now.
First coming to Frisco for the 2010-2011 basketball season, the Legends quickly became a popular pastime for Frisco residents. This year, the Legends are showcasing their talents against several terrific teams in the NBA D-League, winning most of their games during the first half of the season.
This spring, the Legends will be attempting to make it to the playoffs, which is why we encourage all of our neighbors to head down to Dr. Pepper Arena to cheer on this fantastic local team. The Legends have a full schedule that includes games throughout the week and weekends, meaning that fans can come see the team whenever they want.
