All abroad the Amtrak Exhibit Train!

Amtrak is bringing its traveling exhibit to the Museum of the American Railroad in Frisco, Texas. The Exhibit Train is pulling in for a one-day stop on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and it’s not to be missed if you or your kids are railfans.

When the Amtrak Exhibit Train pulls in, guests can hop on and take self-guided tours. The train includes pieces that represent all eras of Amtrak, from the present to the past and even the future. There are also activities for children, including coloring tables and a chance to play with cool toy trains at the Chuggington Depot.

The train includes three display cars that have been turned into spaces for exhibits and aspects from over four decades of Amtrak history are featured. For families, it’s a great exhibit that offers a fun, educational experience.

The traveling tour is making stops across the U.S. and we’re one of the lucky cities where the train is making a stop. Entering is free as well, which is another bonus of the event.
