2021 Nissan GT-R Exterior

What's New For the 2021 Nissan GT-R?

The Nissan GT-R roars into 2021 as a top-flight sports ride with its ability to deliver lightning-quick acceleration and sharp handling. For 2021, the available trim levels are the Premier and NISMO variants.

What Features Are Available for 2021?

The Nissan GT-R has two rows of leather-appointed seats, which can accommodate up to four people. (Instead of a bench-style seat, the row in the rear has two captain's seats.) The front consists of an 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat and a 4-way power-adjustable front passenger seat, and both have heating ability. A leather-wrapped steering wheel, aluminum-trimmed pedals, and carbon-fiber and machined aluminum interior trim are also standard. The NISMO distinguishes itself with Recaro leather seat trim with suede inserts.

The NissanConnect infotainment system integrates its components with an 8-inch touchscreen. These components include an 11-speaker Bose AM/FM/CD stereo system, Bluetooth streaming audio, and hands-free phone calling, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, hands-free text messaging, two USB ports, and a voice-activated navigation system. Also included are three-month trial subscriptions to SiriusXM Radio, SiriusXM Traffic, and SiriusXM Travel Link. Notably, the multi-function display is configurable and has graphics and data split into six screens in the dashboard.

Proximity keyless entry enables you to access the vehicle by just having the key fob on you, and a button next to the steering wheel starts the engine without the use of an ignition key. The rearview mirror has auto-dimming ability to dim headlight glare, and it includes a universal transceiver to remote-control garage doors. Separate controls at the front enable the driver and front passenger to individualize their heating and cooling preferences.

The NISMO trim gets a 600 HP, 481 lb-ft of torque variant of this engine. Indeed, it has exceptional acceleration, with a 0-to-60 mph in about 3 seconds. The V6 comes with a dual-clutch 6-speed transmission with steering wheel-mounted paddle shifters.
