2021 Nissan Titan Exterior

What's New For the 2021 Nissan Titan?

The Titan is a truck that's gained a lot of popularity since it's release in the early 2000s, and it recently received an overhaul for the 2020 model year. Let's look closely at what you get with the 2021 Nissan Titan.

You're not going to see major changes in the 2021 model aside from a repositioning of controls and gauges in the interior to provide better ease of use. Nissan also redesigned the trim grilles, making them all unique.

Which Features Are Available for 2021?

Five trims are offered on the 2021 Titan. You can choose from three different cab options across both 4X2 and 4X4 configurations. If you're needing a truck that can haul more, you'll want the Titan XD. Every Titan XD is built on a unique frame and chassis, has an extended wheelbase, and is three inches taller.

The S trim comes an 8-inch multi-touch control display, a 6-speaker audio system, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto integration, two USB ports, and Bluetooth. The SV trim adds front tow hooks, LED rear combination lighting, and power-adjustable heated outside mirrors. The off-road-oriented Pro-4X, includes a 9-inch touchscreen, an electronic locking rear differential, Bilstein off-road shock absorbers, front and rear captain's chairs, 8-way powered driver's seat, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and dual-zone auto climate control. The SL gets you leather seats, heated driver and passenger seats, a 12-speaker premium audio system, remote engine start, LED tailgate lighting, and a 110V outlet in the bed. The Platinum Reserve has driver and passenger heated and cooled front seats, premium leather seats, heated rear seats, and a leather-wrapped steering wheel with a wood insert.

Expect a good amount of power from the 5.6-liter, V8 engine, which is included as the Titan base engine option. A nine-speed automatic transmission is included, which helps you achieve impressive numbers of 400 horsepower and 413 pound-feet of torque. This is one of the more efficient trucks on the market in 2021, thanks to a combined fuel efficiency rating of 18 miles per gallon.

2021 Nissan Titan Safety Features

Nissan vehicles always come updated with the latest in safety technology. The Titan is no different, and you'll feel extremely safe thanks to a rearview camera that provides clear images on an 8-inch infotainment screen, automatic braking, alerts for forward collisions, and cross-traffic alert technology.
