Starting your Nissan if you have a port to insert the key fob:
On some Nissan models, there’s a port to insert the key fob which is located to the left of the steering wheel. If your model is so equipped, insert the fob into the port and hit the brake pedal/clutch as you press the START/STOP button with your finger.

Starting the car if there is no port for the key fob:
Simply hit the brake pedal/clutch as you press the key fob against the START/STOP button.

There you have it. Even if your Nissan Intelligent Key has a drained battery, there’s little chance you’ll be left stranded if you follow these simple tips.
